Fair and simple. If Wander genuinely doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
Effective date: 16 July 2026
Wander is an indie app, and we'd rather have a happy user than a grudging refund holdout. This policy explains how refunds work for both the one-time "lifetime" purchase and the subscription. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All Wander purchases go through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for our sales. That means Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, the payment, taxes, and the payment records. Wander never sees your card number. Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, refunds are ultimately issued through them — but you can just contact us and we'll take care of it with them on your behalf.
If you buy the one-time "lifetime" Pro and it genuinely doesn't work for you — it won't run on your setup, a feature you paid for is broken, or it just isn't what you needed — email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. No hoops. We ask two fair things:
We may decline refunds where there's clear abuse — for example, refunding repeatedly across multiple purchases, or asking for a refund long after the window while continuing to use Pro. That's the rare exception, not the rule.
The subscription option can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
We generally don't refund the current period once it's started, since you keep full access through the end of it. If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged in error, or a Pro feature broke right after renewal — email us and we'll sort it out fairly.
Just reach out — whichever is easiest:
Please include the email address on your account / purchase so we can find your order, and a line about what went wrong. We usually reply quickly. Once a refund is approved, Lemon Squeezy processes it back to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
Wander has a free trial so you can confirm it works on your device before you pay. We really recommend trying it first — that's the surest way to avoid needing a refund at all.
If we update how refunds work, we'll change this page and the effective date at the top. Any purchase is covered by the policy that was in effect when you bought.
